warbly jets is an alternative indie rock band made up of singer and guitarist samuel shea, bassist dan gerbang, drummer justin goings, and julien o’neill on synth. julien o’neill describes their sound as caught somewhere in between yesterday and today, where massive rock & roll melodies brush up against skittish breakbeats, swoon-worthy strings, and laser-guided synth lines. this song is likely written about their journey in the music world, having ups and downs but finally producing music just the way they want in a way that ties the synth laden psychedelic vibes of the 60s with classic rock inspired by the likes of bowie, nirvana, and the stones. aside from their debut album, they have released a new EP called propaganda in 2019.
