This one' looks unfinished. Artistically it sits flat. Maybe the artist ran out of time or colors. If they went to the trouble of doing the Nene Goose and Honu brown, why not the wahine's skin tone too? The brown contrasts well with the greens and aqua blues but it has only middle values of the browns, no highlights. This one's clean, good execution but for me, poor use of the white border, looks unfinished. It could have lettering going around it, playing on the round shape but the idea needs more elaboration. Everyone's has different aesthetics, depending on their experience. Was in the Ward Warehouse area with not much to do so I did a quick walk around the graffiti walls. Dunno who the artist is, zoom in and maybe ypu can read it. I think it was done for the Pow Wow events they have annually. One of the better ones.
