sorry for stinking thinking on here instead of rping. when i was planning story stuff out for him w prior friends i had planned for him picking up sage after seeing What’s Become of garlemald - and him wanting to help people directly instead of trying to help as a fighter and hurting people. and since he’d be with the scions in sharlayan it’d make sense to just pick it up then
i’m not sure about that now since i dont have him as a scion and ofc the problems with doing sage things while totally being unable to use magic. i don’t know the particulars about sage weaponry or spells but i know In General sage stuff is more like doctor-y than magic heal-y a la whm sch ast. so i figured it’d be better. but i figure u need magic to move the weapons around. but who knows
(and i main healers and like sage so i figured it make getting through msq easier bc i do Not remember how to play monk. but i dont kn)
