So I think we need to get something going with these two. /nods
I think Diccon would have loved welcoming Warin into the family, although maybe a little hesitantly at first when Warin was just starting to court his sister. Even though he’s the baby, he still feels/felt the need to protect his sister (though I imagine he was little little when they first started courting since Warin’s nearly twenty years older than him, haha).
But as Diccon grew up, I bet he began to think of Warin like a father-type figure since Arabella and Isolde raised him and Warin would have been the only older male figure in his life. And then Arabella died and everyone was devastated, and Diccon wished there was something he could do to help Warin through the grief.
And now I bet he likes to pop in on Warin from time to time and make sure he’s doing alright and hang out and bug him and stuff since he’s only seven years older than his own kids, haha.
