animal exploitation in any form - eating them, killing them, torturing them, testing on them, using their hides for fashion, abusing them for entertainment, etc. too bad there's so much of it in the world.

listen. listen to yourself. listen to those who are talking to you. listen to the sky, listen to the trees, listen to your favorite song. don't just hear them. listen. we'll all learn so much if we just listen.

no. i'm not really looking for any guidance at this point in my life. i'm trying to sort things out by developing a better relationship with myself.

to risk sounding ridiculous...food. not only does it taste good, but it's my source of health, nutrition and goodness. yum.
