Hey max! I hope this isn't a lot to ask but I'm trying to work on a fan art piece for Daryl and Rosie (out of pure boredom and bc I've been in an art block for months) and I was wondering what Rosie's outfits look like throughout the seasons?🤔 and also another random question because i was thinking about it- what r some of ur OCs favorite colors?

I imagine little Rosie as dressing like a little 2000s boy would, since most of her clothes were hand-me-downs from Fraser. In the summer, she wears boys knee-length shorts mostly because that's what she's used to and comfortable with, but she'll wear shorter girls shorts too. She's no too picky about it as long as it's not tight or itchy or anything like that. For shirts, she just wears whatever t-shirts she can find. In the winter i like to imagine her wearing a long sleeve, a t-shirt over that, a hoodie over that, and a too-big jacket over that, looking like she's made more out of clothes than she is out of human. Daryl keeps her bundled up of course. She also probably took Carl's hand-me-downs. As for shoes, she wears her red cowboy boots until they get to Alexandria, which is when she gets a new pair of converse. Older Rosie, I imagine dressing a little more like her fc (natalie from Yellowjackets) but not entirely. I think she'd wear lots of cargo pants (practical but also cool af) and shirts she finds in stories, and some given to her from other people as well. And of course her leather jacket!! For shoes she wears purple converse at this point i believe?? Or blue ones? i think purple. But she'd also wear some cool boots I think. Just like the line between practical and her personal fashion taste?? Idk how to describe the way i imagine her dressing so here's some stuff from Pinterest ⬇️

what are some absolutely devastating details about your OCs you haven't been able to share?

hello anonymous! lucky for you i have lots of devastating details about my ocs that i haven't been able to share

in season two of future ghosts, rosie once offhandedly mentioned that she was 40 something pounds, which wasn't true. if she was 40 pounds as a nine year old, she would be very extremely underweight, and although rosie was exceptionally scrawny, she was not that underweight. she thought she was 40 pounds because she hadn't been to the doctor since she was 40 pounds, which was when she 5/6 years old ...

despite juni's friendly demeanor, she did not really have any friends growing up. kids thought she was odd, and when she did make a friend, they eventually drifted apart because juni couldn't hang out outside of school. kids' parents wouldn't allow their kids to go to the dixons' house, and daryl didn't trust anyone enough to leave juni alone at their house.

mazzy sometimes gets nightmares about her mom, but she doesn't consciously remember much about her mom at all, so she doesn't even realize that it's her mom who is in those nightmares. to her, it's just some woman she doesn't fully recognize.

warren spent the first seven years of his life almost entirely alone. he was rarely allowed to see his papa. most of the interaction he had was with guards and scientists who tormented him and experimented on him. the first time he met a kid his own age, he had to kill the kid. he left hydra with literally no social experience.

ruth's dad died when she was four and she doesn't find out the truth about how he died until she's sixteen.

cori has eye bags because of how many times she wakes up in the middle of the night crying for her mama. she loses her voice often, too, because of how much screaming she does, whether it's calling for her mom or shouting at clint or just screaming to scream.

ivory can't stand to hold her phone half the time because some part of her still expects her dad to send her a text asking what movie she wants to watch that night.

eli!! eli my new oc you guys know nothing about :p here's a not so fun fact about eli: eli had a horrible habit of wetting the bed growing up. it was a habit he had mostly managed to get rid of when he was eight, but it would still happen every once in a while when he had particularly horrible nightmares. it happened once when he was in juvie, which earned him a plethora of awful nicknames all including the word piss. eli hated those names more than he hated other nicknames he had earned, because the bedwetting wasn't even his fault; it was his nightmare's fault, and all he wanted to do was forget his nightmare. but the nicknames were only reminders of the nightmare. the only person who didn't call eli any of those awful nicknames was one andrew minyard, who had instead taken to calling eli pest. eli didn't mind that one so much.

What’s a conspiracy theory that your OCs would believe with out proof?

i am not well versed in conspiracy theories so take this with a grain of salt 😟

rosie: aliens. rosie believes wholeheartedly that aliens exist. she doesn't need proof

juni: bigfoot is real. out of pure hope. she wants to hug the guy

warren: the government killed jfk..... not that he doesn't have proof. the kid's dad is the winter soldier

mazzy: titanic didn't sink. "dad, one iceberg? the unsinkable ship was sunk by a little iceberg?" "MAZZY, 1500 PEOPLE DIED. ITS REAL"

ruth: sirens are responsible for most shipwrecks

ivory: amelia earhart was eaten by grabs. also the illuminati is real

cori: all of them because it pisses people off

Would any of your OCs get tattoos?

yeah !!! mazzy would definitely get a tattoo, as well as rosie and older juni. i think warren would be too scared to get one. same with agnes, ian, and ruth. devin would absolutely get one, though. maybe cori would get one, but i'm not sure she'd have much interest. maybe a tattoo for her mama.

in disarm, mazzy is still working out who she is throughout thunderbolts*. she grows a lot during tfatws and changes a lot, but she doesn't work things out with pepper just yet. mazzy still hates herself in some ways, and she has to work through that. and she's still clinging to bucky like he's her only lifeline of course, so she goes with him everywhere he goes

boy//animal! when bucky becomes fancy shmancy congressman barnes, warren is pushed further into the public eye, and he can't not hear what people have to say about it. and he leans into what they say, even when it doesn't feel right. angsty boy.

i am not going into detail because i don't want to spoil the movie or the fic, but hopefully this will give you a little bit of an idea of what their own personal arc's will be in the film :)

yesyesyes!! these two are some of my least asked about oc's so i would absolutely love to share some facts about them :)

warren facts:

warren is a combination of my friend and my non-evil older brother!!

he loves "brother bear" and "the iron giant" !!!

as he gets older and reads more books, he discovers that lemony snicket / daniel handler is his favorite author!! he also likes cormac mccarthy

he definitely read the warrior cats books

he will chew on the stick of his lollipops until you pry it out of his hands :)

warren starts off being very socially unaware, which you will see more of in the next chapter, and i find that charming. sweet confused boy.

he tries to get his handwriting to look just like his papa's, but he can never get it quite right, like flynn rider's nose.

cori facts:

if laura would let her have an ipad, cori would be an intense ipad kid. she would spend her days scamming six-year-olds on adopt me.

she forces herself to like pineapple on pizza just to be controversial.

bruce once gave cori a magnifying glass but natasha had to take it away when she almost set the house on fire trying to set ants on fire with the sun.

clipping her nails is just like clipping a feral dog's nails.

her favorite fraggle rock character is boober, but she also likes junior gorg.

she's homeschooled because within a week of her trying out public school, she ended up throwing a chair at the teacher.

she's really good at math but she hates it.

cooper showed cori the song "break stuff" by limp bizkit, and now she loves it more than any other song in the whole world. clint rolls his eyes every time she plays it. nathaniel despises it.

random thing a yet-to-be-answered ask just reminded me of:

my friend used to stay up literally all night reading, and he was losing so much sleep that his mom put cameras in his room to make sure he was actually going to sleep at night. i tell you this because it is such a warren thing. if warren had been raised in the regular world, he would have absolutely stayed up all night reading.

rosie - i think it is very easy to say that rosie is obsessed with rock 'n' roll suicide for obvious reasons, but also just because it's absolutely amazing. i also think she loves hallo spaceboy just for the pure chaos of it. she loves cat people (putting out fire) and rebel rebel, too.

fraser - fraser loves it ain't easy, cygnet committee, changes, blackout, and the secret life of arabia. and if he hadn't died 10 years and a month before the release of blackstar, he would love lazarus and dollar days.

warren - something in me tells me that warren absolutely loves every single song on station to station. especially tvc15. i don't know why. he just does. i can feel it in my bones. and i also think he loves life on mars? and space oddity because they make him imagine movies in his head, and he loves doing that. he also likes i'm afraid of americans because he is afraid of americans. as well as all other people too, but especially americans. and of course starman because sometimes he feels like a starman.

juni - june absolutely loves lady grinning soul, time, and the prettiest star. i also think birdie played lady stardust and rebel rebel so many times that juni was bound to love them since she was a baby. she's obsessed with the lyrics of bowie's parts in under pressure. and i don't say that solely because i am, i swear. "love's such an old-fashioned word, and love dares you to care for the people on the edge of the night" destroys her. especially older juni.

mazzy - mazzy loves let's dance, cracked actor, and dancing in the street. she dances around to them over and over in her room. she sometimes lays in her bed, staring at her ceiling, thinking about how badly she wants to be an avenger while listening to heroes on repeat. also, beauty and the beast. "there's slaughter in the air / protest on the wind / someone else inside me / someone could get skinned" and "someone fetch a priest / you can't say no to the beauty and the beast". the beauty and the beast??? the crying girl and the winter soldier??

ruth - i was only gonna do my published ocs but i am doing ruth anyway because she was a bowie girl when bowie was alive!!! im so jealous of her... (no i'm not; lots of people in the 80s would want to skin me alive i bet) but anyway, ruth loves changes, speed of life, teenage wildlife, and ashes to ashes. she doesn't know it yet, but she'll spend a lot of time listening to five years pretty soon. thinking lots about the end of the world and all.

that's obviously not all my ocs but i have like 100000 of them, so i'm not gonna do all of them, but if you have a specific one you're curious about that i didn't answer for, lmk and i'll answer for them!!
