An overwhelming 75% of voters in the seat of Warringah said 'yes' to Marriage Equality, but Tony Abbott refused to pass on their wishes in Parliament, instead slinking from the chamber and abstaining from the vote.

The people of Warringah deserve better. Imagine your elected representative refusing to uphold the wishes of three quarters of the voting population because of their personal beliefs. You're a coward, Tony Abbott, and your days are numbered.

Today one of my best friends passed away.

She was changing her tyre on the side of the highway when she was struck by a minibus. It’s so scary to think about how life can change in an instant.
