An overwhelming 75% of voters in the seat of Warringah said 'yes' to Marriage Equality, but Tony Abbott refused to pass on their wishes in Parliament, instead slinking from the chamber and abstaining from the vote.

The people of Warringah deserve better. Imagine your elected representative refusing to uphold the wishes of three quarters of the voting population because of their personal beliefs. You're a coward, Tony Abbott, and your days are numbered.

She was changing her tyre on the side of the highway when she was struck by a minibus. It’s so scary to think about how life can change in an instant. Abbott would get my preference over Steggall each and every time. He is a man of faith and that is often sneered at in these times, but he stands for something. I am unable to say the same about his opponent, although her obvious fear of debating Abbott speaks for itsel
