Lee’s travels seem to have taken him to Washington, D.C. this time around for the sake of his crusade. The man’s crusade involved him traveling to cities and states one at a time, worldwide. Eradicating the crime in the areas until they were crime free and peaceful like his hometown is and the state around it is thanks to his years of effort.
However there was an exception to the logic of his crusade. If a city or state he arrived at already had a hero or heroine looking after it, then he would leave making the city or state crime free and peaceful to them. Unless they left the area, proved incapable or died. Ultimately he was striving for an eventual result in world peace from his crusade.
Wait a minute--- Was that Diana who Lee had just spotted!? It was! It had been a while, that’s for sure. A smile appeared on his features as he disappeared from his current spot, reappearing right in front of her. “Long time no see, Diana!” He stated, wrapping his arms around her to pull her into his embrace for a hug. “It’s good to see you!”
