Now that was a mech Thundercracker had eternally conflicting feelings on. He was a visionary, a powerful combatant, an inspiration to the weak and oppressed. Thundercracker had donned the Decepticon sigil quicker than he'd done anything before or since. He all but leapt to follow Megatron's lead. Staying loyal, however, was another matter - especially given the brutality against the defenseless humans. Things seemed so trivial to Thundercracker at that stage of the war.
But that, was a long time ago.
Thundercracker hadn't seen Megatron in quite some time. He'd been stationed on Cybertron when the truce was put through, and he did receive the call that the war had ended. But he hadn't actually seen the mech at the time. In questionable judgement, today, he would seek out his former master. Of course, to Thundercracker, Megatron was still his leader, even if neither of them were Decepticons any longer. And although Thundercracker was now working with Autobots as the head of a new Seeker armada -- he didn't don the Autobot sigil. His Decepticon sigil remains emblazoned on either arm, worn proudly, as he still believes in what they once stood for, even if that has been desecrated over time. Of course, in part, he kept that sigil to honor Megatron.
In a moment of rather comically poor judgement, Thundercracker had decided to simply fly over various cities trying to find Megatron, rather than contact him. It was more than ten Earth hours before the thought even sparked in his mind, and he activated his comm. signal, attempting to follow the same frequency he used to reach Megatron for orders during the war.
::Er, Megatron? Can ya hear me? Uh-- this is Thundercracker, sir. Haven't seen you since... Right, bad topic. Want to grab a drink? Catch up?::
He immediately feels like a fool for trying to talk to Megatron so casually, but maybe it'll work. Maybe. Or maybe he'll earn himself a swift smack to the head like the old days. Oddly, the thought makes him a little nostalgic.
