chooses the pumpkin: carter!! max lets her do whatever she wants.carves the pumpkin: carter tries. she does. but, in the end, max does the cool carving things.gets scared and clings the other in a haunted house: carter. but she will deny it.matching costume idea: mAX, definitely.makes a cozy bed-fort to cuddle in: max because he is the cutest and they would just cuddle after a bad day and keep each other warm and it was adorable.steal’s the other’s candy: carter steals all of max’s candy.accidentally gets lost in a corn maze: they both get lost because carter gets distracted talking and walking ahead of him. and max gets lost because he gets distracted walking around.tells spooky stories to scare the other: they tell each other spooky stories but no one gets scared.collects cool-looking leaves: max did and he would put them on her hair and she kept some but most she just threw away.

                   tara’s chin is RESTING in her hand, while her  f r e e  one is using the remote to flip through channels on the tv. she REFUSES to go to sleep until abel walks through the door. tara knows he’s technically an adult ( he can legally do whatever he wants ), but this  s t i l l   scares the shit out of her. him being part of the CLUB scares the shit out of her. the only thing that is able to bring her out of her thoughts is the sound of the front door opening and closing. she doesn’t  n e e d  to turn around to know who it is. ❝ abel, where the hell have you been?? it’s like two in the morning. ❞
