went to my second meeting with the pt today and it went so bad. she literally said all my pain was postural issues and emotional distress/just stress in general and told me to go to therapy. no mention of the fibro my dr basically confirmed, couldn't bring up needing mobility aids bc she was so insistent on it being tension in my muscles, just told me to fix my posture and go on an hour-long walk every day to improve my mood after i told her walking for longer than half an hour tops HURTS.

at least now i can tell my dr pt isn't working and i'll get that goddamn referral to a specialist. i'll do the exercises she told me to but i doubt it'll help with the pain anywhere else except my back. fuck. jfc i'm so angry and frustrated.
