It felt like a dream standing here watching the river flow as dusk drew near. The sounds of the waterfall and the creeking trees as the wind passed by. Hypnotized by its beauty all thoughts and feelings went away as if what I was looking at was looking back at me.

Chopping wood in the rain ready for a night of smores on the fireplace, board games and hot coffee.

I could almost hear the silence.

Rainy days at the lake.

The sounds of water flowing through the forest.

After an hour of sitting in the truck listening to the rain and waiting for it to calm I had about 5 min of time before I got fully soaked. Worth it.
