So we hacked off today’s job a full dpc and re-plaster and the first wall was this, someone had skimmed the bricks, it looks like this area was an outhouse and renovations had been previously carried out before the current owners bought it. So how do we do it? Well we use DryFlex Membrane from Safeguard, this is a waterproof membrane stuck to a waterproof adhesive then we skim it.
