reveal your watch and rewatch drama list
Thanks for the tag @rain-hat
Watching: Twenty Five Twenty One by my darling writer Kwon do-eun and even more darling actor Kim Tae Ri. This drama came like a breath of fresh air after a prolonged kdrama slump, plus I've been enjoying watching it with my mom who keeps saying this is just like a hindi serial (she's not entirely wrong) . We are not prepared for it to end this weekend.
Kill Heel, which everyone else seems to be sleeping on, like there are no gifs, no sets, nothing in the tag. After some consideration, I think is a good thing for me because I can enjoy this makjang about very sexy unhinged milfs in peace with the one other person who gets it properly (shout out to @cupofteaandstars ) and not have to deal with the bs of kdrama fandom in general . The drama itself is poised at the halfway mark to either make me extremely happy or extremely mad, and possibly both, but the bottom line is Lee Hye-young can step on me any time she chooses, please and thank you ma'am.
Plan To Watch: Looking forward to my first Noh Hee-kyung drama, Our Blues and also with a bit of trepidation to Park Hae-young's My Liberation Notes. I have a whole bunch of recs on my to-watch list: Pride & Price , Sell Your Haunted House, Tree with Deep Roots, Happiness, The Bad Kids...yikes, dunno when I'll get around to any of these!
Re-watching : I've stopped re-watching stuff! Even dramas that I've enjoyed a lot, I don't go back to them in the way I would have done before. Not sure why- some combination of brain fog and too many other time commitments, I guess. [ God, the me that watched 4 seasons of Black Sails in one week, wiped the tears and snot off my face after the last episode, and immediately clicked on episode 1, seems like an entirely different person, and she probably was!]
