The last stop on my trip before #Minnesota! I made it to city number 8, but I had no idea what it was going to be until this morning... #SiouxFalls, #SouthDakota was a perfect choice! #downtownsiouxfalls is adorable, lots of parks, green spaces, and #awesomeart! I loved the #sculptures on every corner. After walking around I had an incredible lunch at @jlbeerssf323, so excited to discover there will be one reasonably close to me in #fargo... I'd drive an hour for their #pretzels and #bestbeercheesedipever. Perfect final stop on my #EightCitiesSixDays #RoadTrip! About that road less traveled... it is so worth it! City number two of #8cities6days is Aiken, SC! Oh is it #gorgeous!! Swung through the outskirts of this little town to visit a lovely woman, who I just adore. She welcomed me with her always open arms, onto her sweet little #homestead. ...and I'm off!!! I had an amazing last few months getting to call #DC my home once again, but now it's time for me to keep moving right along. I shared the news with everyone recently that I was accepted into an amazing summer internship with the Student Conservation Association and the Department of Fish and Wildlife, but driving straight to Minnesota is way too conventional for my taste.... So I decided to make a ridiculous roundabout #roadtrip out of my move to #Minnesota. I am on my way to make a giant L through the country stopping in eight cities! Over the next six days I will be #traveling 2,626 miles, and doing a little over 40 hours of driving. I know, I know, I might be insane.… But you know that's why you love me!
