We know drinking water 2 can cause drunkness-like effect on people, but have any tests been done on its potency? By which I mean, if you had two identical containers of liquid, one with water 2 and one with a water/ethyl alcohol mixture, do you know what percent alcohol content would result in the liquids causing similar/equivalent levels of inebriation when consumed?

Or for short, what is water 2’s (effective) alcohol by volume.

Water 2's effects on the human body is roughly equivalent to a 40% ABV alcoholic beverage. It should be noted, however, that large amounts of water 2 consumption do not have adverse effects apart from reducing coordination and awareness. In other words, there is no equivalent to alcohol poisoning.

What makes something a pseudofluid? A fluid is anything that moves around, right? Like liquid and gas. Is there something different about Far Plane substances that defies the definition of fluid?

The term 'pseudofluid' is, ironically, a pseudonym. They are still definitionally liquids. Whether or not something is deemed a pseudofluid depends on if it originates from the Far Plane.

The "pseudo" tag was added for "consistency."

Now I'm not saying it's quantum, but because the Far Plane seems to have so many things with (or without) intelligence, it makes me wonder: Perhaps the secret component to Water 2 hides upon observation? Not quantum. It could just be shy.

Is water 2 non-polar unlike water witch is polar?

At this time it is currently under investigation. It probably is polar due to it having almost every physical property of water, but this has not been confirmed.

But take this with a grain of salt- I am not a chemist, and the chemist on site has stated that they are "working with equipment practically from the 1800s."

The composition of water 2 is still being studied and its full difference is currently unknown.
