Watcher still in the tower of sand decides to make some money and proceeds to duplicate himself send this one off to annoy Chronos into letting him have access to the water weaponry he is given permission to sell NON-lethal water weaponry that doesn’t stop him from displaying one of the lethal ones with a sign that reads “not for sale for safety reasons” he also has complementary umbrellas for those who buy his water guns and grenades strangely they never run out
