I recommend checking out this post (the last section) and also this post over at The Writing Cafe, which explain why these reversals in fiction can be harmful. Taking a peek at your FAQ, I see you have an open submission policy with the note that "dares that could be interpreted as offensive or triggering will be tagged." Based on these guidelines, I would appreciate if you tagged it as problematic if you're going to keep it up.
