Can you believe it’s already June?! I brought back the watermelon theme to give those summer vibes 😎🍉☀️ Of course I also had to show off my sunstone (& ruby zoisite) Anxiety Buddies & is it a planner layout by me if there’s no dust bunnies? 😆🐰✨💀✨ Happy first week of June everybody!

Hello June! It’s hard to believe it’s already summer time 😅 I decided to mix in a watermelon theme because last time I went with this idea I thought it was pretty cute (dust bunnies always included lol) ☺️🍉🐰✨ The tough part was dealing with the page bleed through of my brush pens 🤦🏾‍♀️ Have a happy June everybody!

A lot has been going on but I finally compelled myself to do my bullet journal layout for this month. I think it was last year that I did a watermelon theme for my July layout but this one definitely turned out differently 😁 I’ve been messing up on my habit tracker in recent months but that hasn’t yet convinced me to do things in pencil first 😆 Well, happy June everyone... not that it’s looking so hot thus far 🐰🍉✨

Finally July’s layout 🍉🐰✨ I went on an unplanned trip to the Dominican Republic due to my grandmother passing away at the end of last month 😔 So this month’s layout is clearly pretty late but it was helpful taking time to work on something so bright & jovial looking after getting back from my trip (I’d already planned doing a watermelon theme beforehand). I came across this quote, “Never let the seeds stop you from enjoying the watermelon” which resonated with me... it’s like, instead of being heartbroken that Abuela isn’t here anymore, maybe I should enjoy the fact that she was here. She was a poet, an independent, strong woman full of life who made any room she entered significantly better. Well... I hope you all have a better July- I’m certainly going to try in honor of Doña Dulce. Te amo por siempre abuela ♥️
