Magic self love bath jar

Ingredients:

Sea Salt - rich in magnesium and calcium, which improve hydration by strengthening the barrier function of the skin.

Sesame seed oil- anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral. It moisturizes, detoxifies, and reverses aging.

Rosemary leaf oil- useful in terms of hair care, skin care, mouth care, anxiety, mental disorders, depression, pain, headache, rheumatism, respiratory problems, bronchial asthma and indigestion.

Juniper oil- protects wounds from becoming septic, increases sweating, cures rheumatism and arthritis, purifies blood, eliminates spasms, stimulates functions, and is good for the stomach

Wintergreen oil- used for pain relief, relaxation of the body and mind, treatment of rheumatism and arthritis, as well as for reduction in spasms. 

Camphor oil-  cures spasms, protects wounds from infections, eliminates congestion, desensitizes and acts as local anesthetic, calms nervous disturbances, cures neuralgic pain, soothes inflammation, and fights infections.

Baking soda - antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. 

Epsom salts- health benefits include relaxing the nervous system, curing skin problems, soothing back pain and aching limbs, easing muscle strain, healing cuts, treating colds and congestion, and drawing toxins from the body

Fresh rosemary and sage

Self Love Bath Spell

Light some candles. Run a bath. Add 5 green leaves (from anywhere/tree) into the bath and add some of the bath jar ♡

This represents the 5 point on the pentagram.

When you’re in the bath I want you to breath in deep and imagine a white light of energy entering with each breath and then as you breathe out see that energy cleansing you and bringing any bad energy with it.

Keep concentrating on your intake and output of energy. Place your dominant hand over your heart and feel your chest rise and fall.

When you can feel the energy passing through you, you will say

“There is abundant love in the Universe There is abundant love in me I see myself as the eternal soul I really am I know I play an important part in this world Give me guidance to help me see my path Give me clarity to help me see my worth I am a Divine being and I love myself deeply As I am worthy of the love of others Thank you – So mote it be.“

Repeat 3 times.

After you’ve finished place both hands by your side and let them float. Feel weightlessness.
