These are powerful waters amongst towering trees and colorful birds, eagles as far as the eye can see. Whales make a daily visit and our luck had perfect weather the whole time. Time slows as you gaze upon the historic Haida settlements and decaying memorial polls. 8 days is a short glimpse at the waters that was so filled with culture and conflict for hundreds of years.
