Jibber Lake on the Bowron Lakes circuit. Managed to do a sketch each day as a journal of our trek. #bowronlakes https://www.instagram.com/p/CRe4u7gBAoW/?utm_medium=tumblr

A reconstructed Mayflower
I am waiting to be present in the moment and I am waiting for my deferred gratification to be realized when we enter the canoe with our packs and it becomes the whole world.
I am waiting for a trip to a faintly marked spot on the map and I am waiting for my eyes to see something for a first time because I know those are the memories to last.
I am waiting till the sun sleeps and I am waiting till the moon wakes and reveals the oldest scene in the world which I share with every culture and every ancestor and against which I ask the same questions.
So, I am waiting for the rebirth of wonder.
