When your glasses are crying too... Third day on the bounce of some cardio. Eaten pretty well today. I did a long extended fast last week so this week I’m just really keeping in calorie deficit and putting masses of effort into my workouts- I know @mikedonnanperformance is going to get tough on me for the next 6 weeks. I’m still keeping a check on not going overboard on fats (more like Ketogains than therapeutic Keto) purely because of the stress on my spleen (according to Chinese medicine). Anyway, this was 20miles tonight. I really did not think I could do this- by the time we got back from football training and they had dinner and bed it was gone 8pm and then doing mummy jobs it was gone 8:30pm buttttttt I’ve been watching that bad ass @jenna_bfit and her little devil ass on my shoulder said ‘get your sh*t together and just do it’.
