In 2016, the band 'The Outlines' suffers a devastating car accident. Lead singer Harry Styles falls into a coma and wakes up five days later with no memory of the past five years—forgetting the band's success and his relationship with guitarist Louis Tomlinson.

Consumed by guilt, Louis distances himself from Harry to move forward. Ten years later, Harry lives a quiet life in a small town, unaware of his past fame, while Louis produces music in London but never sings again.

On October 6, 2024, the entire band receives a mysterious call that will force them to confront the past they've spent a decade trying to escape.
