When I sell the team, it will be to someone that has the same passion for this market that I do and I believe would be a good steward for this market. I think we've worked very hard over the last 15 years to build the game here. I really believe Jacksonville is going to be a great market in another 10, 15 years in terms of having tradition. So when we sell the team, it will be to someone who makes a commitment to this market.
