#Repost @balleralert ・・・ Newly Released Video Footage Shows Off Duty Cop Killing Delrawn Small - blogged by: @eleven8 Just one day before #AltonSterling was killed by police officers in #BatonRouge, 37 year old Delrawn Small was gunned down by an off-duty #NYPD police officer. The incident occurred at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Bradford Street in #Brooklyn. at around 12:15am. The cop, a three year veteran, got into some type of road-rage altercation with #DelrawnSmall. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to initial reports, both men pulled over and Small got out of his vehicle. He walked up to the officer’s vehicle and according to #NYPost, began punching him as he sat in his car. The cop said that he feared for his life so he fired his weapon three times, striking Small at least once in the chest. Small, a #JerseyCity married father of two, died at the scene. His wife and two kids were in the car when it all went down. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ On Friday, video footage was released showing the moments leading up to Small’s death. The surveillance footage taken at the intersection is grainy, yet shows Small exit his vehicle and walk up to the officer’s driver’s side window before shots were fired. From the footage, which admiringly is grainy, it appears Small never attacked the officer. Within seconds you see Small attempt to flee as the officer fires at him. The officer then gets out of his car, checks on Small, then goes back to his car before the video cuts off. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The officer has been identified as Officer #WayneIsaacs of NYPD. Not only did the newly released footage contradict Issacs' claims, it also contradicts claims of the owner of a nearby building who insisted the "angry motorist" could be seen “punching the sh*t” out of Isaacs.
