@Regranned from @ty.coulter - Once again not guilty ! @Regranned from @atlblackstar - Delrawn Small's sister wants justice for her brother. 😔 __________________________ The off-duty cop Wayne Isaacs fatally shot her brother three times, Small was of course unarmed. Wayne Isaacs, who is an officer with NYPD, was acquitted of all charges yesterday and Small's sister is not pleased with the outcome. ____________________________ In 2016 the police officer allegedly cut in front of Small's car minutes earlier. Small cursed at the officer for cutting in front of him. He had his girlfriend, 14 year old daughter, and four month old son in the car. Isaacs testified that Small allegedly punched him through the window and posed as a lethal threat. However, Small's girlfriend says opposite, that the off duty cop was trigger happy. Small's family said in a statement that Isaacs being black does not diminish the systemic issues of racialized fear and the criminalization of Blackness #delrawnsmall #policebrutality #nypd - #regrann - #regrann
