Is there any existing character from other media that your character resembles? Was the resemblance intentional or was it a coincidence? (squints at your half dozen other misunderstood white haired reformed villains)

Okay, so reformed villains and anti-hero characters have always been my thing. Which is probably what drew me to Amon initially - I'm always looking for side-characters who have shady pasts and the ability to develop further than what the canon lore provided.
The white hair thing, though, at least for Amon, was not intentional. (Such devastation!)
Let me explain! :D
Final Fantasy IV was and is still a huge inspiration to the creative worlds I've developed since I was a young teenager. My FFIV fanfic, Coming of the Darkstar, was how Scylla-mun and I first met and became friends!
We both headcanoned - based on the tiny sprites in the original FFII SNES version - that the Lunarian race was genetically inclined to be white haired and green eyed.
Therefore, since most of my worldbuilding and characters were spun from this lore, about 85-90% of my characters are white haired. There are some exceptions, but the majority are.
And to be honest, I considered giving Amon red hair when I made him (instead of white with red stripes, he could have been red with white stripes). But the color options for reddish hair on the hairstyles I explored for Amon just didn't do it for me in the character creator. I hope the expanded color options for hair in the future will provide more vibrant gingers!
So, I fell back on my tried and true white hair for Amon.
However, if there's an OC that predated Amon that I feel is most similar, that would be Kip. In fact, in the character artwork on Sygnus.org, they're positioned very close to each other, maybe a subconscious thing on my part:
Kip was originally developed back in 2003 - here's his Wayrift wiki page - and was my first true mega tech nerd type. Similar to Amon, he's a little extra, sometimes over the edge, has a lot of charm, is skilled as a tech-mage, has a flawed and tragic past, and retains anti-hero tendencies while still being full of a lot of heart and hope.
Personality wise, I know Kip helped set the stage for what I've developed for Amon. And while I talk about Kip like he's an OC of the past, he's not - his story is still being developed and told through our webcomic Wayrift.
In fact, I just scripted a new chapter with Kip content this week! So expect him to appear in Chapter 95!
