Customer UX for Jersey Pearl
Pick-a-pearl is a stand-alone experiential shopping experience which allows customers to pick their own pearl and discover what makes their gem special whilst giving the opportunity to make their own jewellery. The brief was originally to update the graphics on the walls but I saw opportunity to evaluate and identify improvements to better engage our customers and convert cafe customers. Once the budget had been established, the first phase was put into practice - a soft fluid illustrative approach was adopted for the graphics, which feels warm and approachable. Brand appropriate furniture was procured, photography of the space was also organised to showcase for TTL marketing.
