HAARP is reportedly conducting scientific experiments from Puerto Rico on 5.125 MHz through 31 July, which very unfortunately is making our shortwave transmissions on 5.130 MHz unlistenable this weekend. I’d apologize, but I didn’t decide to run the fucking test on 5.125.
