The outfit is by Nitropanic, it's called Cyna set. The thing is that their site looks shady now, I think it's been compromised and I don't recommend clicking on anything on there. I no longer have the outfit in my game unfortunately :( You can try contacting them directly for it as well. I'm sorry. Does someone out there have access to this outfit??

The feathers look a bit bulky in my game, I'm not sure if it's because its graphic settings or just because it's an old conversion but they work fine.
