#i dreamt about you last night#we were normal#and it felt anything but#i woke up nauseous#im pretty sure that what i saw was a universe where it didnt happen#because theough it all#i didnt feel like punching you#i didnt feel angry with you at all#and i know that wont be possible now#we will never have what we used to#we will never be as close as we were#because of you#because of one night#my life will never be the same because of you#ive lost two whole years#and you dont even know#you never apologized#we just pretended it didnt happen#i see you at the holiday celebrations#and i pretend im okay#i do it for mom#i hold it together for mom#and i drown it all#because if i look at you for too long#i almost miss you#but i know i dont miss you#i miss what we used to be#what we can never be again#so have a good life#because youve taken my ability to do that
