1.- Strengths and weaknesses:
Life is a learning path. Being able to admit our own virtues and deficiencies can help us grow into better individuals in anything we choose to do. Having awareness of yourself and what you can do can help you recognize and overcome your weaknesses.
Strengths:
Well-organized: our routines are difficult. Hence, I used every resource that can help to keep organized, like calendars list, alarms (yes, I’m the crazy lady with tons of alarms). Also, I know how and when to prioritize an activity.
Collaborative: I believe in teamwork 100%, I apply it in aspect of my life at home with friends and at work.
Determined & Enthusiastic: I firmly set in one's decision or course of action and make it happen. For every activity that I embraced, I do my best to finish it.
Patient: Sometimes too much of this one, but it helps to keep going. This helps me with customer service. I enjoy helping others and most of the time I strive for this skill. My husband says that I have a “gif” lol.
Weaknesses:
I hate posting on social networks: these assignments are difficult because I’m not good at them. Here is when my patient comes to rescue me.
Salesperson and public speaking are also not my things. Although I do well with small groups.
Self-criticize: I am super conscious of this weakness. I have learnt that sometimes you need to accept that good is good enough; you are allowed to fail, and it's ok. Try to solve the problem or the situation that you are in it.
