this is the actual most delicious thing it is possible to eat, bar none, nothing else compares. sometimes with a splash of vinegar.

conversely: strawberry salsa (diced strawberries, white vinegar, a dash of sugar, some chives, basil and pepper) on a toasted slice of french bread with goat cheese. let me just.... sit here. salivating.
