43. Which reference search messed up your Google search history the most?

I feel like there’s other funny/weird search results I’ve found over the past year that I can’t think of right now. Aside from I was googling facial wounds for a drawing I was working on, and some really graphic stuff I wasn’t prepared for showed up ahah.
46. If you make fanart, do you prefer creating alternate universes or sticking close to canon? How come?
I prefer to stick closer to canon! I always have… I guess I find it a fun challenge to stick closer to the source material? It really helps me make sense of things, and being bound by the ‘rules of canon’ helps me make a better and more true story, or feel like this idea I had “could have actually happened”.
AUs are so much fun to make too though! But for me, having rules for my AUs are important. I still always try to stick to some of the rules/ideas of canon?? Just so I don’t go too crazy with ideas. Not that it’s bad to go crazy with ideas, i think it’s great! But I personally always want the characters to still feel like themselves in my AUs. I have so much respect for artists who go wild with ideas and don’t let the constraints of canon stop them though, I have so much trouble with this lol. 😆
