Absolutely. There's Benjamin, good at slipping by guards and prisoners and remaining under the radar, the one who can get you anything. And that keeps him safe. There's Ray, Harvey's guy, loyal to the end.There's Dominic Barone.

He doesn't want much to do with Harvey, but he agrees to watch out for Mike, since most of the prisoners are afraid of him. And then Trevor, idiot that he is, gets caught, and thrown in with the rest of them. And Harvey won't protect him.

yeah at least not until Mike throws himself head-first into trying to protect Trevor and ends up in a world of shit, and then rigs it so that Harvey rescuing him also benefits Trevor.

and then possibly there's punishment *cough*  but Mike's gotten what he wants, so whatever.

Mike gets caught with the drugs, goes to prison. Harvey's already inside for something no one talks about, and takes a shine to the new fish the first day, uses his influence and arranges to have him moved into his cell.

Mike proceeds to get into trouble with the wrong people that Harvey has to save him from. There's Louis, Harvey's begrudging white collar crime ally, there's Hardman, in for murder, who takes a shine to Mike too. And there's Tanner, the prison warden

yess.  oh shit and Tanner would be a really sleazy warden too.  I bet he tries to exact sexual favors from Mike and Harvey makes him wish he was never born. lol.

also, Jessica is a guard.  because she's badass and she'd be the only one Harvey would actually listen to.

I don't think I've ever read a prison AU in any of my fandoms before... I would definitely read the hell out of in Suits though!! It's such a plausible AU too!!! Just have their fraud get caught and send them to jail! BAM! Perfect set up!

mm, I'm more old school when I say AU - I was thinking something where they *meet* in prison, but yis, very plausible canonically, haha.  you can't see me, but I'm gaping that you ahve never read a prison AU in one of your fandoms - they're one of my favorite things.  then again, my first fandom had a huge epic genius prison AU that left an early impression, so.  there's that.

omg i swear to god if i get quinn/puck shoved down my throath in the 100th episode I'm gonna puke. I don't care where the bubble is or what fandom fills you dashboards now please give me some solidarity, I can't believe it's been like 5 season and we're still getting that shitty relationship on our faces can't we just have Noah let go of Quinn and also not act like she's a guiding light or an inspiration to be better, I can't imagine someone being more awful to him, except his dad.
