Only managed to win the rapier and smallsword section and absolutely ate shit at everything else aside from drilling and movements. Help I fight like the son of a Lord or perhaps Duke
A polished iron shield made by Hans Laubermann in 1514 for Emperor Maximilian I. It depicts an etching of Death shooting a bow, possibly an allegory for the plague, and possibly inspired by Dürer's woodcut of the Apocalypse from 1498. This style of blackened etching on armor and shields will always be my personal favorite. I'm even a fan of the gold rivets you often see paired with this style.
