Really trying to practice what I preach lately and love the skin I’m in! Since finding out my hormones are imbalanced I’ve been put on multiple pills to try and sort it out, which has inevitably made me feel a bit funny (for lack of a better term). I get lots of headaches, my abs aren’t as prominent anymore and I feel more puffy than lean these days, but I am still me whether I have abs or not and ultimately I know that’s not what gives me worth!
