Still smokey out and temps above 110 so treadmill speed workout was the solution today. 1mi Warm up @ 9min pace 3min hard @7min pace 1.5min jog @9min pace 3min hard @7min pace 1.5min jog @9min pace 3min hard @7min pace 1min jog @9min pace 3min hard @7min pace 1mi cool down @9min pace It's nice because it forces you to keep the pace. Nice little treadmill run with a light weightlifting sesh afterwards. There's so much smoke outside it's not safe to do anything outside today. But I seem to run a lot faster on the treadmill with ease. I kinda like it but not every day. #weareadamsons #nrc #justdoit #motherrunner #easyday
