Is it the Shoes? Is the name of a 4 day festival that celebrates shoes, and how they have influenced mainstream culture over the years. The festival aims to take our most reliable method of transport into the spotlight through visual art, film and discussion. The event is being organised by We Are Parable, a marketing and events company with 20 years experience in producing events. Food For Good

Food For Good is a project born from seeing the amount of perfectly edible food that gets chucked away on a daily basis in the UK, and other first world countries. They are looking for a space to create a pop up catering service using food saved from the landfill, and therefore highlighting what we are missing out on! Combine that with creative people sharing the same values and passions for sustainability, it will also provide a hub for events, talks, conferences and workshops organised by Food for Good. Aiming to help students that want to get into the creative industry, it already has international distribution, and a growing fan base. They wish to create a space to sell the magazine itself, alongside selling some of the products that are featured within the pages. This would create a Collision hub where readers can come together and share with people with similar passions and ethics.
