Protect mental health during COVID-19

We have to take time to support each other and find ways to look after our mental health during this COVID-19 because it can help to prevent unemployed people to get suicide.

Below have some methods to help you reduce your depression. For example, talk with your friends or family, maintain healthy lifestyle, do not use smoking or alcohol and also drugs, gather some information that can help you, spend some time with your family and also draw on the skill that you use it before. 

If you can, once a day get outside, or bring nature in because spending time in green spaces can benefit both your mental and physical well being. If you can’t get outside you can try to get these positive effects by spending time with the windows open, or arranging space to sit and see a view (If possible) and get some natural sunlight.
