Suicide is not a mental illness, but a serious potential consequence of treatable mental illness, including major depression, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, substance abuse, anxiety, and diet disorders. People who possess suicidal tendency, they will have different kind of symptoms such as excessive sadness or moodiness, hopelessness, sleep problem, sudden calmness, change in personality, dangerous behavior or talking about suicide. If people around you have these types of symptoms, please pay more attention and inspire them by listening their heartfelt. This is because they can’t get out of trouble or they don’t know how to solve their problems. Suicide risk also is higher in the following groups like people who just divorce, family history of suicide , history of physical, emotional or sexual abuse, are unemployed and so on. During the COVID-19, people who already have such problems will increase the pressure because the company layoffs and this may cause more people attempt to end up their life by suicide.
