Thank you note from Troy and Jobey Clarke to Ms. Beehler and Ms. Barb at Fernwood Montessori School

Dear Ms. Beehler and Ms. Barb, Troy and I just want to take a moment to tell you how very much we appreciate your efforts with all of Room 12 as well as with Rowen.  You both do a fantastic job!  We feel lucky to have you as Rowen’s teachers.  This year has been a big learning curve for all of us as we learn about how to handle Celiac Disease and keep Rowen safe.  Every morning Troy and I send Rowen to school knowing that you are both giving 110% effort every single day…even when you only have the energy for 50%. Rowen has become such a great reader, mathematician, and writer this school year thanks to your diligence, patience, time, consideration, and planning.  He has really blossomed socially as well and has many friends at school. We want you to know that you are appreciated! Our very best, Jobey and Troy P.S.  Here is a little note from Rowen too… I love you Ms Beehler and Ms Barb!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shout out to Ms. Thomas, my high school newspaper adviser and one of the most amazing English teachers I’ve ever met! Even now, as a college graduate and teacher myself, she’s still someone I go to for advice and guidance in times of uncertainty.

My Favorite Teacher

My name is Raymond H and my school is Wedgewood Park.

My favorite teacher is Ms. Delatorre because she gave me the chance to be apart of the group Milwaukee Bridge Builders and we have done a lot with this project. Doing a lot of research and projects on Violence and bringing communities together. We want to make a change in the world and in Milwaukee. We will be having a 5k run on June 6th. We worked with an amazing group named Running rebels who help kids be something that maybe they wont be able to. We worked with MPD also and they gave us good information too. I hope she carries this project on till next year.

Mr. Nichols,     I am so glad that King has you to brighten the day in the classroom. I love that you find hilarious ways to teach us the material and how to think on our own and prepare us so much for the IB exam. I am so glad that you are there you are a huge asset to the King community and King would not be the same without you! Thank you for always making the time and being there for us when we needed you!

Mr. Wagner,   The school wouldn't be anything it is without you and though not everyone listens to your ideas because they don't get it I am so glad that King has you! Everything you say and have taught me has had a huge impact upon all of us. Everyone loves going into Wagner World because it is the only place left that we are actual able to be ourselves and not have to deal with the politics that goes along with public schools. Thank you for preserving the IB environment and being an amazing teacher!
