Here's one of the first spells i ever learnt. Weather Spell. Ancient Gods and Goddess I invoke thee *Sun from the Sky* Let it be. I command thee now To thee all Listen to my desire *Sun Shine* The *  * are the part's where you adapt the spell to suit your weather needs. So like *Rain from the sky. * Rain Fall* Does require visualization, plus i tend to say the spell 7 times. *A habit of mine as 7 is a power number* Have fun!!
