Having a bad day, but weaving something that's looking interesting so far, and somehow managed to get some vetch going despite sowing pretty late

All threaded and if I didn't have to work tomorrow I would be making some very unwise choices re: sleying vs. going to bed

Had to cut off a whole warp that turned out to have only superficially escaped last year's moth incident - had like 10 ends break during warping, followed by another 10 during the first inch of weaving and I could see enoughothers fraying that it was clear it just wasn't going to hold together for any significant amount of work, which was an incredible bummer.

So, definitely need to not make wool warps and then leave them sitting out on a tabletop for over a year without doing anything with them going forward

Day 2 of a 4-day weekend, so feeling actually kinda relaxed? Also I finished setting up a new linen project and it's good ok so far:

Linen project is off the loom now. I really need a different reed for this sort of thing, but it mostly washed out ok.

Pretty happy with how this turned out

Decided to get some use out of the heat and finish these things today

Some of it came out a bit more subtle than intended, but still nifty

Cut some stuff off the loom and washed it to see how it would turn out and pretty happy with it I think?
