It isn't jarring when the newcomer appears in the White. it just... happens. Like she has always been there. Like she was meant to be there. Sammie's eyes flicker with a glimmer of recognition, and yet unfamiliarity causes a nervous tremor in their bones at the sight of the radiant figure. "...I know you, somehow. You're... like the others. Like the one that Wilbur follows. Except you're not, are you?" He blinks. "You... don't feel the same. if that makes any sense."
For the first time, the one under Wilbur's wing meets Webby. Well, one version of her, anyway.

Considering her all-seeing eyes, Webby knows Petey is there and allows him to approach slowly, giving him space. She even pats the web next to her. It's surprisingly soft and less sticky than one expects, like it's made for comfort rather than to trap.
