More than 100 million UK & Irish company documents are now available to download from Duedil.
And so today we’re excited to announce that all company documents filed with Companies House in the UK and the Companies Registration Office in Ireland are now available to purchase from Duedil, at the same price as you would find on Companies House.
This includes annual accounts, annual returns, new incorporations, director appointments, and more, all instantly downloadable, always accessible, and delivered direct to your inbox.
The content is the same – the exact company documents you would get from official registries.
Not only will you have access to the latest documents with dynamic updates, but our service offers more than 100 million documents dating back over a century, with all your purchases permanently stored for use whenever you need them.
There are no subscriptions or contracts – purchase documents as you need them for just £1 each.
Buying documents is easy. First, navigate to any company profile and you will see a new tab called ‘Downloads’.
All documents that are available to buy will have a red ‘Buy £1’ button next to them. Clicking this button will put the document in your shopping cart .
If you are just buying one document, simply you can click the green ‘Checkout’ button to continue to payment.
You can add multiple documents from multiple company profiles to your basket. If you want to buy several documents, simply click the red button for each document you want.
When you have finished making your selections, either click any of the green ‘Checkout’ buttons, or the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.
You can select as many documents as you need while also navigating to other company profiles to purchase documents, with all your previously selected documents saved in your basket for when you are ready to checkout.
You can also choose to store your card details for future purchases.
Once payment is successfully processed, any documents you have purchased will be delivered to you via email within minutes of your purchase. You can also download them at any time from your Order History or from the relevant company profile page where you ordered the documents.
Company documents can be ordered according to type, making it easier to find the document you need. Click on the cog to view the list of document categories.
