Petz Publisher and Web Fun Pack
So while I was looking through the Catz 5 manual, I noticed some interesting things. Two of them were the Petz Publisher and Petz Web Fun Pack.
The Publisher is actually a link on the Go To menu as well. However, it promptly stops working when I try.
According to the manual, the publisher is a guide to creating your own Petz [fan]site. There are other services around that can still help you, though, such as Webs (many, many fansites used to be on Freewebs and Geocities).
Even if you can't use the Publisher, evidently the Web Fun Pack has a host of resources for creating a website! Such as clip art, backgrounds, titles, buttons... it's awesome!

All of it gets installed with the game (I think) under Petz 5\Web Fun Pack. There are folders with all the content, but I think it's all on that website, too (and the web pages themselves are also in your computer's fun pack). I may have to see about using some of the resources!
