How to Import Contacts Plus Fields List
You can now easily import your contacts into Web Suite Pro from Outlook, Excel and CSV. Follow these steps and you will be able to import your contacts into your Web Suite Pro account:
Log into your contact manager
Export a copy of your contact list as a CSV file.
Log into your Web Suite Pro account and go to your Settings tab and click on the hyperlink “Import Data” and choose Import data from CSV (Comma Separated Values) file. Click on continue “Before you continue please go to step 4 to 7”.
Open your contact list in an application that opens a CSV file such as Excel
Arrange the columns of your file to match the import field list from Web Suite Pro so that they match.
Delete any extra columns that are not included.
Save your file in the format Comma Separated Values (.csv) or Windows CSV (.csv) for Mac users
Go back into your Web Suite Pro account browse and upload your modified contact list CSV file by clicking the “Browse…” button and selecting the CSV file then choose import data
