Assuming her 'Saiyan genes' never awakened, Mariko would have probably carried on with her parents' program for her life in order to keep pleasing them, never finding her real spark. She would have completed her elite high school, and pressured to go to university to specialise in either Economy or Law to pick up either her father's business or to join her mother's legal firm. She would have married with someone from her same social group, because her parents would have pressured to 'settle down' after a certain age...
All very boring. All very sad. All very pre-established. She would have lived a wealthy life, but realistically, not a happy one.
